Another fun commission under my belt.

For this commission, I was asked to do a Day of the Dead couple’s portrait. Rather than just keeping the portraits traditional and incorporating Day of the Dead elements, I opted to put the couple in costume. Definitely a fun challenge. I also handcrafted the frame from reclaimed wood. The frame design was inspired by Day of the Dead shrines.
