blogPumping out some positive vibes

April 29, 2014

Starting a new series to channel good fortune.

I am a fan of symbols, especially ones of good luck and protection. Almost every day, I wear my chain of good luck charms and I often place one or two symbols in my pieces. These days, it seems as if many people I know are in need of an extra dose of optimism, good luck and protection. This series is for them…and myself. With each piece, I will use such emblems and will keep those special people in mind with every line and brushstroke. Each piece will hold my wishes of luck and put out extra positive energy into the world. First up in the series, the peacock with an extra eye looking out for bad juju to keep it away. This should be a fun and therapeutic art making adventure.
